Our gift cards can be purchased as physical gift cards, or as electronic gift cards that are sent either via e-mail or SMS. These terms apply to both physical gift cards and electronic gift cards.

Purchase and use

Gift cards can be purchased on our websites and in one of our restaurants.

According to the law, the maximum amount for electronic gift cards is NOK 10,000. Unless otherwise stated, our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused gift cards are not refunded.

The gift card can be used at in our restaurants by showing the QR/BAR code. The gift card can be used for the goods and services specified on the gift card and in the restaurant listed on the gift card. If part of the amount on the gift card is used, the remaining amount will remain and can be used later, within the original expiry date. If you lose or have the gift card stolen, any misuse of the gift card will not be reimbursed. However, you can retrieve the electronic gift card again by contacting us.

Cancellation period

If you are a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies when purchasing a gift card on the website. The right of cancellation means that you can cancel the purchase of the gift card without giving any reason. In the event of approved use of the right of withdrawal, the purchase of the gift card will be refunded. The right of cancellation must be used within 14 days of the date on which the gift card was purchased and used gift cards cannot be cancelled. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and gift card purchases cannot be changed.

Personal data officer and contact details

We use Diggecard as a technical partner for the delivery of our gift card services. They are our data processor, and the personal and contact information that is collected is described in their Privacy Policy here: https://diggecard.com/no/terms. When purchasing a gift card, you accept the transfer of data to them and use accordingly.
